Now that is funny. Talk about a guy who doesn't have a clue, or, is just being funny.... The impeller fits nicely tho.......

Maybe after things were taken apart, and put back together, the impeller was one of those leftover parts, and that was the easiest place to put it. It IS amazing how well it seems to fit in there - it must be right!

Am I the only one not seeing a photo? :noidea:

I diagnosed the problem. It's VB5.1.9 loading some pics slowly for me. Like minutes.

Is it not working because of the broken vane? Did I get it right? :nerd:

He better get a new hub impeller cuz it's failing at 3 o'clock.

Wonder why we have all these shifting problems after changing impellers. This guy found the solution.

Obviously because it's a left handed impeller! Everyone knows only a righted impeller will work in a right handed propeller!

Pretty sure that's one of them there thru prop exhaust impellers. Helps pull the exhaust out of the motor.:faint2:

The motor will also benefit from Tornado Vortex Generators before each carb intake as seen here - http://www.tornadoair.com/faq/

BTW - I just lost all respect for Sam Memmolo. :blue:

It's obvious ... He over torqued it and broke the vane ...

someone would have to throw away the splined washer, etc. to get it to fit.

Splines? I see splines on the Vortex Exhaust Extractor.

I think he had to toss all the inner and outer thrust washers to get the amount of thread showing outside the nut.

And it looks like he jammed a couple of screws in to hold the nut instead of a cotter pin. I wonder what shop he works at?
