log in problem

Every time I log in it tells me I have wrong name or password, I can try over and over again with no positive results, However, if I copy and paste my user name instead of typing it, it works fine, and yes I know it is case sensitive. If I made a mistake once or twice I would belive I am messing up, but I can try 20 times and unless I copy and paste my name im not getting in

Try deleting all cookies.
If you have another computer/device, does it have the same problem?

That is one of the problems with having a long, run together bunch of words for a username.
Copy and paste the username that works in a word document or something like that. Then try to log in, but when you do copy it, then paste that just below what works and find out what you are missing.

I already did compair my free hand type and the copy n past, both the same, thank you for looking
