Have no clue. Box is lightweight wood, top is aluminum, pegs are stainless steel. Received from a widow cleaning out her shed. Edit-Still haven't got this post a pic thing down. I'll be back

I have one of these that I have had since I was a kid. It would be mounted in a vise and used to bend wire into various shapes. Bent a lot of coat hangers up into different shapes. Pins could be placed in the holes to make eyes, s-hooks, and such. I found mine in the bsement of my mother's house cleaning it out after she passed away in January at age 95 so that gives you an idea how old it is.
