Not sure of the mfr, but I've had great success with a free piece of software called Recuva. My camera card was completely unreadable/corrupted. After doing some on-line reading I decided to try the free Recuva since I had nothing to loose. Was amazed that it recovered 100% of the content of the card.

When I dispose of Hard Drives, they get a good jolt of magnetic energy from my trusty old Radio Shack Tape eraser, about 3 minutes and there ain't nothing you can recover..
