Garage door openers

I have two 8' wide garage doors. One is a 1/2 hp chambelain chain drive the other is a 30 year old Genie screw drive. The Genie still works fine but is not compatible with my Smart home (chambelain MyQ hub) I will probably match the chamberlain but it is only 2 years old so I don't know about its longevity. Are the chain drives as reliable as the old genie? The garage is my main entrance so both doors are operated throughout the day.

The chaimberlain units only need a worm drive replacement about one every 20 years. Its a $40 assembly.
