'03 F250 5.4L triton Fuel Pump?

'03 F250 5.4L Triton
Gradually lost power over 200yds. It was -13 outside.

Got it into shop and mostly thawed.

No fuel pressure. Can not hear fuel pump run for priming when key turned to start or run.

I have power through inertia switch. Does that mean I can assume the integrated fuse panel/fuel pump relay is good and thus go ahead and replace fuel pump?

at least pull the pump. fuel could be waxed. maybe try to heat the fuel tank up first

Well, I guess I'll lift the bed off in the morning and check for power at the pump. I guess if I go that far i'll throw a new one in for good measure. It's the neighbors plow truck and it has at least 250k on it. I need it to run because when its down I have to plow his half mile + up a hill drive
