Thanks, the good thing here is its all electric so that issue isn't a concern. Vandals will still be vandals and as before stuff happens. My local attorney bought a piece of land and it cost him more then he paid to clean it up because he didn't notice there others had been using a back section as a dump. Since then I go over all the property before buying.

Found a similar dump on another piece I was looking at.

That HVAC in plain sight says "steal me" to a copper thief. Dozens have been stolen in my town....usually on vacant houses that are for sale. The realtors are recommending outdoor HVAC be removed until house is occupied again.

Sad that we live in a world where some people have no issues stealing other people's property for their own gain. Growing up, things like that would have never crossed anybody minds where I was living. Times have changed. But not necessarily for the better in some cases. Good Luck AllDodge and post your before and after refurbishing ideas.
