posting in Dockside Chat isnt working

Forum is still Wonky. Sometimes I get a 'Not Authourized Notice, other times Editing a Post results in weird Behavior

this issue is rearing its random ugly head. simply replying to a thread, all looks good, then the post disappears. I can restore or discard later on, even from a different computer. however the only thing consistent is the inconsistency.
