Problems with "New Topic"

There seems to be a new problem with how the forum is rendering (at least in Firefox on Win10 and on my iPad with most recent iOS): on all pages except the main forum page, the grey bar that contains the 'New Topic" button never scrolls out of sight; it maintains it place on the screen, even if it's obstructing content. (see image)

An update was rolled out overnight.

This problem and others have been reported to Admin. So we're waiting for a fix.
