Can't ship to Canada from the commercial site

Hello,
I'm trying to purchase a Michigan wheel propeller (032021) from the commercial website. I can't seem to select shipping to Canada. In the drop-down list the only options available for "Country" are blank, blank and the United States. If I checkout with Paypal it almost works, but then it only allows me to select "Free Shipping" and then kicks me off with "Please select shipping method" again.

I tried a couple different browsers and purchasing without logging in. Any ideas?

Call em. You get the 5% discount for forum members that way too.

You have to call for International orders, even Canada. I'm not sure that free shipping is outside on the U.S.

Wow, really? It seems like it's half implemented. It refers to provinces and though I can't select a province, I can select "Armed Forces Canada". Bizarre. Thanks very much though for the help!
