The question I have seems to belittle the issue in the e-mail previously mentioned, however, I would like to point out that many buisiness's appear to only attempt to correct mistakes after the customer has taken some drastic step to publisise it! This is true the world over. Then the company makes bold public statements with apologies to the customer, when they have had a bucketload of time to remedy the situation. PR is 'personally revolting'<br />Well done sport, you hold your principles high and we'll all remember your words.....<br />Ross
