The only Nascar racing this week is Cup up in Loudon, NH. No rain forecast until 8PM, I hope long after the race over and the 12,000 fans are gone.

• The Bubba Wallace All-Star wreck bumper was auctioned for over $20K and the buyer, CarParts.com, matched to double the charity donation to Victory Junction. So the JC Whitney parent anted up over 40 grand.
• Daytona road course - A chicane has been added to the oval turn 4 entry to slow the cars. Nascar didn't want 200 MPH speeds on a road course.
• Jimmie Johnson finally got his Indy car test ride in
• Nascar and networks are concerned about mid-week race TV ratings. The COVID forced mid-week races have had the lowest viewership since 2000. Maybe FS1 and MCNBC are the wrong place for races. Would FOX and NBC be better?
• 2021 schedule is coming in about 3 weeks, mid-races are up in the air. We still don't have a playoff schedule.
• TV ratings - A 0.9 rating and 1.47 million viewers on NBCSN, the least-watched Cup race on any network since at least 2001.

I guess teams keep fiddling after inspection hoping no one is looking.
