In my younger days I pulled a Seadoo with a Civic. It did fine. I even added a transmission cooler. Somewhere in the owner's manual it said the Civic was good to tow up to 500 pounds. The doo and trailer were just under.
Your rig has to weigh at least 2000#. That little Civic would lose its guts quick towing that. Good call
Like some of the others, I'd look at a beater truck rather than put the boat in a slip.
