help me identify these brakes please

I have a 1988 shore lander tandem axle trailer for my 25' boat. The surge brakes aren't working due to the calipers being stuck. I need to purchase new calipers and pads for the disc brakes. The problem is that the brakes were originally drum,and someone converted them to disc so the shore lander part numbers don't match. They have no name other than a "KY" stamped on them. Can anyone identify these brakes?
