It came to that time to take her out of the water..
Pushed as late as I saw fit, but that time had to come sooner or later.

Used some Oxi-Clean to remove the algae and give her a good cleaning.
Worked very well
Then hit her with a good old soap scrub.

Looked far to pretty to cover... but did..

Less I digress further into putting her away, which could go on...

I really did like the way Oxi-Clean took the algae off.
I'm now curious about giving the sails a wash in it??

Pro's.. Con's... Anyone do this before?

Guess I'm a first...
Work okay on the jib, will do it again but with a longer soak.

Yep I hear ya. Put the cover over mine this weekend as well. I usually clean it with a marine wash/wax that seems to work well. Haven't tried to wash the sails before.

thinking about going south for a week this winter to take a couple more classes and to get a little more time on the water. LOL
