tigershark runs reaches top end then power drops off

I have a 93 tigershark daytona 640. My problem is that when I reach full throtle it diesz out like it floods let of the throtle and it will take off again. I cannot reach plan or full speed. I have great compression both cylinders, good hot spark, anyideas.

I would sure hope someone would have an Idea......Pleas I need help with this one....I cleaned the gas tank new fuel filter, new carb kit...150 psi both cylinders and cross checked with two gauges....could it be a coil?
