The last weekend in May was the last time the jet ski ran. The previous owner had knocked a hole in the hull and did a bad patch job. My nephew rode it and the patch came off and the jet ski filled with water. It was running when i discovered that that jet ski was full of water. When i lifted up the hatch and the water did not go above the carbs. I have not tried to run it since i parked in May. Today, i fixed the hole, charged the battery and tried to start the motor and it would not turnover at all. Am I screwed? Is the motor full of water and has hydrolocked. If so, is that repairable? Please give me some good news.
