also bayliner jazz but strange problem

Hi my jazz 93 90hp wont start the stator have been replaced for 2 years ago and there is a little spark at tha plugs i dont now if its enough to egnite, the compression is 90psi on 1 and 100 on 2/3 the carburator have been cleaned and even if i spray some carburator start directly in the cylindre it still wont start
any good idears if the timing is wrong i think it would make som kind of sound
