To begin with I am in fact clueless regarding jet skis so please refrain from feeling the need to tell me so as that is why I am here and am greatful for any tips I get get from those in the know. I took my PWC to a so called mechanic who took it apart and after the longest time finally called me back and said come pick up your ski, my wife and I are having problems and I'm closing shop. Short story long I picked it up and the carb is opened up and the top of the cylinder heads was taken off so I figured I may as well dig into some and see if anything makes sense to me and use this as a learning tool. The 3rd cyl. (the one in the toward the rear) is shot and shattered and there appears to be no oil below it as there is in the other two. So my question is where do I go now? Does this sound like a total replacement or something that can be fixed, ie new piston etc... Once again any and all info. is much appreciated...

Thanks in advance,
Eric
