....so, forgive me if I've overlooked it.
1996 Mercruiser SportJet 120 is the subject motor. Which spark plugs to buy:
Champion QL77JC4 or NGK B7HS10

I understand the gap is to be .040, sound right? Thanks oodles, btw.

I show the 1996 120XR
as Champion # L77JC4
or Champion # QL77JC4 - (resistor)

I don't have gap specifications, but when in doubt I usually run .030.

Thank you sir and I found the gap... .040.
She now has new plugs and I'm glad I decided to change them because the bottom wire was pretty funky inside. This thing is going to take some serious attention before she gets launched.
