Engine cranking but stubborn

I normally have to spend some time cranking the engine before she fires every year but normally eventually win out. This season has been a late start and it does not want to catch.

I was thinking swap out spark plugs and put a trickle charge on the battery?

I was using my jump pack to help crank the starter because the battery did seem a little weaker than previous years.

Any help is appreciated. My boat is a Sea Doo UTOPIA 185.
its a mercruiser motor but believe it is basically an outboard 2 stroke engine married to a jet drive, but am not precisely sure what that entails and how it may affect the starting process.

get your battery tested

if your cranking more than 20 seconds something else is wrong.

and have the mods move this to the right location - mercury outboards or PWC
