Two inches of pitch. But I doubt that's the answer you're looking for.
The lesser pitch will let the motor rev higher and accelerate faster. An inch of pitch accounts for about 150-200 rpm at full throttle.
You want to choose the prop that lets the motor operate within it's recommended WOT rpm range, which varies from one engine to another.
You can find your motor's recommended operating range in your owner manual or various sources on line if you don't have a manual.
