ok I just got this boat and the prop needs to be replaced.the boat is a 1995 polar 17ft not sure of the model but it looks like a flat bottom boat with slight angle to it.it also has a tunnel its about 18" wide 2" high.I am unsure how much the boat weighs. but it has a center console,t top poleing platform.and a 12 gallon gas can.ok now for the engine it is a 1992 mercury 100hp 4 cylinder.i'm not sure what the prop is now but the boat tops out at about 38mph.the tach does not work so i'm not sure of the rpms. I will be getting it fixed soon.should this boat go faster. the boat jumps up on plane. but I would like it to be a little faster.also I do have a jackplate that i will be installing.thanks for any help
