1975 carver canta cruz 2866 prop question

hello ive gotten my hands on a 1975 carver 2866 santa cruz. it is a V-drive and needs new packing, disks, seals around the drive shaft and rudder shaft and a new prop could anyone give me an idea what all that is going to cost?
