Blessings!
Recently bought a used 2001 ebbtide 2100 mystique, and doing some maintenance. The installed 3 blade aluminum Solas prop looks like it needed to retire: scuffed up, some bends on the blade and just worn. So, I wanted to find the best prop compatible to my vessel: FACTS:
SX-M 1.60 gear ratio
I/O both Volvo penta
5.0 Gi
21-22 feet ebbtide design/brand V hull, bowrider

I wanted to find the original and intended design prop for long life and health of the boat.
This boat will be used for low to mid range cruising speed, 70% 2500 feet elevation, 30% 200 feet elevation.
My priority is obvious: appropriate/compatible prop, PLUS good/great maneuvering control, efficiency, then lastly moderate speed. I do not care of the top speed.

After weeks of research, I have decided a four blade aluminum volvo (https://www.iboats.com/shop/volvo-p...rotation-4-blade-aluminum-boat-propeller.html) OR four blade SS Solas (https://www.amazon.com/SOLAS-Yamaha...+solas+volvo&qid=1563132061&s=gateway&sr=8-13).

Any wisdom and smart suggestions?

Thanks
Ed

Full throttle operating range per book says 4600-5000 RPM

The currently installed worn prop says 15X15 stamped on it.
Haven't tried or determined WOT rpm

I have not really taken this boat enough to know details on how it drives, BUT, I'm trying to determine based on its profile and people's experience...being sx-M 1.6, 5.0 engine, and being 21 foot/3200 lbs.... But I will also compromise some speed if handling and engineering design is not ignored in the selection of a 4 blade prop. I have found a 4.25X20 matches well or 19 pitch. Regardless, I want a 4 blade prop.

Maybe you should run it for awhile to learn about it.
A change of 2200 ft elevation will require a 1 or 2 " pitch change
In the Initial post, you say "I/O both Volvo penta". Is it a 2 engine boat?
A Mercury Enertia may be a good Choice/Option for your combo

One engine, One out-drive.
Current (potentially incorrrect) prop is 15x15, 3 blade aluminum.
WOT ~4800.
