I have a prop that has a blade missing about 2.5 - 3 inches of the end. Is this worth keeping and getting repaired?

Only a prop repair shop estimate and your search for replacement prop cost can answer the question. I use aluminum 14 X 21" -23" props. A major repair costs more than a replacement.

3rd Party Props can be had for less than the cost of a rebuild. TP Hustlers were going for less than $100(Can), about $75 - 80 in US Money. As for repairing, with all the different Brands, models, and pitches, I doubt many shops can properly repair all props.

A SS prop may be worth repairing, but I am guessing that much damage will only happen to a aluminum or composite prop. It is likely better to get a new one....
