pontoon prop

what would be a good starting point for a prop on a 28 foot pontoon with two toons and a 12o mercruiser inboard 2brl carb just got it running but have know prop any help would be appreciated

Look to see what they recommend as a baseline and go from there. I would highly recommend actually buying the prop right here on iBoats.

Looks like a 15"diameter and 15 pitch is a good starting point based on the limited info, a gear ratio would help
