I have a 24 ft poonton boat with a 115 HP Mariner motor looking for a recommendation for a prop

is this a new to you boat?

pontoon motor operation are affected by motor height as well as prop pitch. how far below the surface of the water when running is your AV plate?

I generally suggest that pontoons, unless they are used frequently for pulling, just use a basic economical 3 blade prop. There's not enough performance there to require much in the way of anything special. If you're pulling, it's not hard to justify going with a 4 blade - but again. nothing special. Alum. work fine.
