Engine abt 54 hrs. This prop works very well and I maintain 6000. Problem is the white paint disappears after one hour use down to the alu. Repaint after use but same thing happen?. Afraid to change to different prop or to keep this on on because of breakage or wear thru. Have zero idea what is causing this. Any suggestions or answers?. Otherwise very satisfied with performance with this prop. See pics.

What you'll find is that at speed there are forces present on the face of that prop that are strong enough to actually erode the alum., especially when over trimmed. There isn't any chance you're going to get paint to stay in place for long.

TRY A DIFFERENT PROP FOR WHAT?

TO KEEP THE PAINT ON IT?

AS MENTIONED, THE PAINT IS GOING TO 'WEAR' OFF....

FYI: Doesnt all caps ^^^^ make it look like I'm shouting? Please turn off the caps lock.....
