none of them.

they all have "extruded aluminum deck edging" however none of them have an aluminum deck.

make your own aluminum deck. you will need nida core or similar under it for strength, or with the typical spans you see in a pontoon, the deck would need to be thicker than 1/4" to prevent permanent oil-canning

typical sheet of 48x120 x 1/4" thick 5052 aluminum is about $450 per sheet. you will need about 5 sheets for the typical 20 foot pontoon. that is going to be on top the nida core which is about $250 a sheet.

or buy ACX plywood and for about $200 and be done

I know for sure that the 1999-2003 Trackers had an aluminum plank type flooring (not sheet metal), earlier and later models had wood. I have seen other makes with this type flooring but can't remember what they were.

I had a 1996 sun tracker and it had aluminum decking. It was a lightweight boat. The only negative was you could really feel that 50hp force banging around back there. It rattled and vibrated. I bet a 115hp would've been perfect on that boat. Maybe a 4 stroke. I hated the force motor and dumped that boat.
I think they built them with aluminum decking from 88or 89 to 97 or 98.

I thought you were looking for just alum. Bennington has some with plastic decks I believe.
