Pontoon Dolly/Skate

I have a 22' Tritoon without a trailer. I need to find or build a set of dollies to store the tritoon on in the Winter. It needs to be at least 10" from floor to to allow clearance for a hydrollic trailer to get it in & out.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to build this? I have looked at a few online and they seem extremely pricey to buy.

Tires are popular for most pontoons. I don't know the particulars of your trailer
