I have a 1990 Ish Tracker Pontoon that I am trying to get the Tilt to work, It looks to have some kind of hydraulic ram on it but nothing hooked to it for adjustment. From what I can see it has no electronics so I am thinking it is hand controlled and missing something ? Motor number is TJ40ELESR Thanks in advance for any info/ Help :)

Inboard or outboard? What make? Typically the switch is on the throttle control. If it is an outboard, the electronics run through the motor and down to the ram.

Should be a motor mounted by the ram with wires that go to relays. Some are two wire systems and some are three. Go to the Johnson/Evinrude forum and do a search.

If that "ram" doesn't have a motor close by, or wires or hydraulic lines going to it, you don't have tilt. What you have is a shock absorber.
