Re: Titan Inflatable vs Zodiac Cadet 340s

With global warming, less ozone layer each day and more UV, will have more ungluing issues as glue is detereorating much faster than before, so better glues will outlast the ones with lower bonding quality. If you leave your inflatable exposed at open environments get a thick cover, your inflatable will be eternally grateful.

Re: Titan Inflatable vs Zodiac Cadet 340s

Hi,

I am an owner of Titan RIB 370 as well.
Can someone suggest where I can get canopy/bimini top for Titan in/near Great Toronto Area.

Thank you, Volod.

The video is true since I am having the same issue at 4 years. All my glued on parts are coming off. It was sold to me as the same quality as a Zodiac but it isn't. I am getting some more glue for free from the seller even though the distributor here has gone belly up. Next time I will stick to a good brand name.

Will agree, 4 years max for anything glued on top tubes to become unglued, definitely a bad quality cheap glue used + associated more UV sun punishment now a days if sib will live moored or used extensively all year long. Not that bad that can't be glued back with high quality 2 part high quality PVC glue.

Weimed,

All of us sibbers/ribbers at a point will have ungluing handles, oar locks, oar holders issues which is normal, so be aware of this condition in a future specially if being Asian manufacturing.. Had to reglue my entire rib after 3.5 years of constant use. Now stronger bonded than ever with hight quality Zodiac 2 part glue.
