Are you sure those are hinges? Mine has a several section floor (I think 5) and in between are aluminum channels, not hinges. You take the "beams" off the sides first (after mostly deflating the tubes) and then you can take the middle section out, then the rest. If you go on Youtube you can see some demos of them taking out and putting in different floor sections.
