Since i bought a sailboat, i will sell my inflatable.
Question , do you do 2 bills of sales ,

Or 1 for both?

Depends on where you are Pascal.

Off hand, the only state I know for sure titles outboards is Ohio, so it'd have to be separate BoS. Here in WV they ask for a model and serial# of the motor when they title a boat, but you can opt not to list it. If you did, it could be considered part of the boat, as it's listed on the boat title. So I choose not to list the motor. Again, it'd be 2 BoS.

So, where are you? NewYorkCity?

Just for future archive reference in California you only need paperwork for the boat.

I just bought mine a few weeks back. The seller provided me with a written up Bill of Sale and the current registration(Certificate of Number). Being as I hate showing up to the DMV just to get turned back for not having the correct paperwork, I went ahead and asked the seller to fill out his portion of the DMV specific Bill of Sale, and Vehicle/Vessel Reassignment and Transfer form since there was no title to this inflatable. Do inflatables typically have a pink slip/title??
