I just got my first "real" boat ( something other than an aluminum fishing boat with an outboard.) I am having a hard time finding information about my little Trihull. And before all of the haters chime in yes I know "it will knock your teeth loose in rough water at highish speeds" . Fortunately I don't plan on taking it out in 3ft waves or run wide open going from fishing spot to fishing spot. What I need is information on the motor performance and outdrive. It has the original merc 120 and. Pre Alpha mercruiser outdrive. But I have read the forums and xant be sure if it is a MC1 or MC2. My big question is this. The boat was stored for about 6 years before I bought it what are things I should pay extra attention to before I start dropping loads of money into it.
