Lake Chautauqua

anyone here boat on chautauqua near bemus point? we had thought about renting a house there this summer and taking the boat but then thought maybe we could just rent a transient slip for the weekend and sleep in the boat. anywhere around there that offers this? with shore power and bathrooms/showers?

My uncle had a house on that lake when I was a kid. I remember sitting on shore and watching a boat go like hell and I was hooked! My Uncle putted barly on plane but it's a bit windy and cold most of the year. I hope you find what you are looking for. It's a fine place but bring jackets.

yeah. we were there last summer before we bought our boat and said that was going to be on our list. we were passing through and had heard of Bemus Point so stopped to see what it was about. loved it there. we wouldn't be going until this summer so should be warm enough
