Bob there are actually two different temperatures they use, yes 140 and also 120, some parts of the boat are not able to handle the 140 degree temperature like ballast tanks, livewells and holding tanks along with the associated plumbing, so the temperature is lowered and the length of time cycling water is increased to make up for the difference.
I have been asked to become an inspector and was given the hard copy manual let me see if I can find it online for ya, some pretty good information if your interested...

I know the link says Utah buit the manual is Clearly stated Colorado on the cover and is the same one I have.
