What do you folks use to remove light mildew from vinyl (seats, cushions). Conditioner after?

I usually use a <insert your favorite vinyl cleaner/conditioner here>, if that doesn't take it off.. use a magic eraser.

Don't use Magic Eraser. It will work, but it's a microfine abrasive that also removes the protective layer on your vinyl seating. In a few months, you will have hardening and yellowing of the vinyl seats and the mold and mildew will come back faster than ever.

Clorox Clean-Up works great. It's only 1% bleach with other soap and cleaners.

I use Damp-Rid Mildew Stain Remover. Works fast and easy. You can find it at Lowe's.

Most mildew removal products are scented bleach with a little soap added for good measure. Just don't use too strong a solution - 1% bleach (sodium hypochlorite) or less.

I mix up a batch of Murphy's oil soap. Spray it on, and let it sit for a minute, then hit it with a scrub brush. The 20 year old vinyl on my pontoon looks and feels brand new.
