Nylon Mounting Slides For Canvas Top On a 1970's Starcraft Aluminum Boat

I own a 16' 1970's year Starcraft boat with a canvas top which opens. It snaps into place and opens by sliding on rails which are mounted on the gunnels of the boat.

I need to replace the nylon pieces which slide on the rails. Each piece is approximately 12 mm wide x 63.5 mm long. I need to replace them because the screw holes are stripped and the screws will not hold tight. Please tell me where I can buy them.
