how do i get rid of water between boat layers

i have a 94 nitro bass boat that leans bad to the left while coming up to speed. i have removed hyrdrofoil, adj. trim tab, and checked weight displacment in the boat. i am afraid i have water inside the layers of the boat. how do i know for sure and how do i fix? thanks

Pull up a piece of the deck and check. You may have soggy foam under there.
