A custom made one, by the looks of it.
im not over there to be fair...but usually boats like this are based on a well known hull, but with a custom built top sides to suit their commercial application.
someone will know and comment shortly I’m sure.

For sure it wasn't initially built and customized to be a pleasure boat. It could have been used as a Law Enforcement vessel, a dive boat and everything in between. Someone is still using it today The large garbage cans as well as the large numbers on the side obscuring the California I.D. number are the best clues as what someone is using it as today. The towel drying on the gunnel doesn't tell us much other than someone went for a swim. The best clues would be what is in the cabin.

Why the question if I may ask?

It is a boat I always see tied up at the dock I book my charters through, they use it for what looks like crabbing and some fishing based off the gear they have onboard, as I like to say it is my dream boat so I was wondering the costs roughly to see how much I need to put away.
