I’m trying to find a panel to replace this on a Fisher Pro Hawk It controls the battery and tilt trim functions. Anybody have a suggestion?

Welcome aboard.

Go to a Big Box or hardware store and get a piece of aluminum about that size, trim it to fit, drill the holes, fill the holes with the switches and fuses and install it.

An original piece will be difficult to find.

Refinish the one you have. Install new fuse holders and other bits and go fishing.

And do not use countersunk screws to hold it in place! Plastic has to be allowed to expand and contract separately from whatever it is fastened to. That's what caused the crack in the panel you have. Instead use a screw with a built in washer, or if you can't find those, use a washer, and do not over tighten.

May I suggest how you can make an exact duplicate? Either you, or someone else, can use a drawing program to make a copy of that plate with each hole and opening. You can use that drawing to take to most any trophy shop and they can pop out a plate in any color lettering, thickness you like. Even brushed aluminum looks or most any type material look you could imagine. You could even take that old plate to them and let them make the drawing and such. It will cost more, but that is your option. And then install the new parts on the new plate and you are good to go... Just an idea.
