Wax in gcoat?

gelcoat? I've worked in a few factory's making boat and doing repairs for over 20 years. It's a labor of love. I do have a question. I'm doing a repair to glass on a strake and I'm gonna use fiberglass bondo, but it's about the gelcoat. If I shoot it with wax in itand it's on the hull how many coats can I shoot and it still be breathable to dry. In the factory we shot straight out of the barrel wit catylist. But repairs are shiny with a patch aide and I dint have any will it be ok?

In your post you say you have years of experience with gel coat and your name is gel coat and fiberglass repair, its likely keeping people commenting, lol. To be honest I thought you had to put the gel coat on first then layer on the fiberglass. For chips and cracks there is a kit (sold here)?
