Elgin 1946 - 1.25 hp idle tube gasket

Can someone please direct me on where I can find a replacement idle tube gasket for a 1.25 hp 1946 Elgin outboard motor? Thanks....

Maybe consider making a new gasket from similar or appropriate material?....

Antique Outboard Motor Club on Facebook might be a good place to start . As the post says above ^ auto parts stores sell gasket making material.
