I just bought this and I am considering putting a small deck from the front seat to the bow. Plus side storage Will it be stable enough for pedestal seats, or the lower mounted swivels be a better choice

I just poked around Polar Kraft's site and I can't find a 1575 anywhere. I think you need to make a couple of more posts before you can put a photo up, or perhaps post a link to the boat.

Welcome aboard.

Oh well, I'm an old guy new to boating maybe an eight on that paper, its 15'9 in bow to transom anyway. I tried to ask a simple question.

It's not the question - it's that it's hard to tell which boat it is.

Adding a casting deck to the front of a jon boat (which they make) can be a big problem. Some of the deeper V fishing boats (which they also make) may be a little easier to pull off. The heavier a boat is, the more likely the pedestal seats will work fine ... the lighter it is, the more likely you're setting yourself up to go swimming :)
