Looks like opening day of Spring Trophy season is going to be a bit rough

Chesapeake Bay from Drum Point to Smith Point

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...

FRI SW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt. Waves 3 ft.

FRI NIGHT S winds 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt. Waves 3 ft.

SAT S winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt. Waves 2 to 3 ft.

SAT NIGHT S winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt. Waves 3 ft.

SUN S winds 15 to 20 kt. Waves 2 to 3 ft...building to 4 ft. Showers.

MON S winds 15 to 20 kt...becoming W 10 to 15 kt. Waves 4 ft... subsiding to 2 to 3 ft. Showers.

Only the main stem of the Bay is open to fishing.

Fishing in the tributaries would get you a visit from some very unhappy DNR and or CG Officers and confiscation of equipment, including your boat..
