Hello all.

Does anyone here know of any online sites that sell fishing boats that i could look over to get some layout ideas for my 14'er.

Thanks

Every manufacturer has a site, with photos or sketches of the floorplan of every model.

Alumacraft, Lund, Lowe, G3, SmokerCraft, Sylvan, Polar Craft, take your pick.

It helps to know what you are fishing for, where, and how, before you layout the boat. Casting for bass, trolling for walleyes, jigging for perch or crappies, etc. Figure out where you want to sit to do your fishing, set up every thing from there.

Watch your weight!!! Many mods add way too much weight to the boat and cause you to easily exceed the boats weight limit when loaded with people and gear.

I like the way my Lund pike is setup. it works well for most fishing except big water. I Love the casting platform up front for putting around and casting for Bass/Northerns and a nice big deep flat area in the back for when I like to kick back and troll for Northern and Walleye.
