Suzuki DF20A Oil Filter Cover Bolts - Torque Specs

Just recently did the first oil change on this engine, was wondering if anyone knew what the torque specs were on the 3 bolts that hold the oil filter cover on.

Also, filled it with the specified 1 liter of oil (~34 ounces) and the dipstick doesn't read full? I mean it looks to be perfectly safe (about dead center between the full and add marks), but I could've sworn the first time I filled it up (when it came empty from factory) it took it to the full mark. Am I ok here?

Thanks,
Joe

Just FYI for anyone who may be interested, I purchased the repair manual to get the torque specs...

Engine oil drain plug should be 9.5 ft lbs

Three 6mm bolts holding oil filter cover on should be 6-8.5 ft lbs

Also another thing to note if you change your oil filter the two o-rings should be replaced along with the new filter.

Add 1 liter with no filter change, 1.1 with filter change.

Been looking for this info. Thanks. I have a service manual and it just says to tighten securely. Manual is 99500-89 LOO-O1E. What one to you have? Any chance you could take a picture of the page where the specs and instructions for the cover replacement are listed? Thanks very much.
