Picked up a bass boat w/225 ETLD on it. With the deal also picked up the V6 Excel with a windowed block. Can't find a manufacture date on either motor. The ETLD has had most of the oil injection parts removed and has been/is running on mixed gas 40.1 mix. Seems to run without difficulties but does anyone have any advise on this situation? If you do and your advice is to pull the oil injection off the V6 Excel and install it on the ETLD do you know if it would be interchangeable or not? Also, where would I look for a manufacture date so I can get parts. Thanks for any help you can provide!
